mask particles

Hi Vineet,

Could you please show us how you'd configured the ship node with particles? We usually use a combination of Field Height, generic particle system, and particles rendered to a decal for ship wake effect.

And what do you mean by mask? Are you looking for a way to fade out the "tail" of these white particles?

The easiest way for us to help you is to get a configured node with all meshes and materials in a single archive. Meta files are necessary to keep the interconnections between assets.

hi thanks for your reply.

yes i do want to fade " Are you looking for a way to fade out the "tail" of these white particles?" .

and also want those particles to interact with global water. i read the doc that a water mesh is required to be as a child of terrain and add collide flag. it does haven but only with physical water.  i want it to interact with global water
