Ansorre69
In this page: https://developer.unigine.com/en/docs/2.11/migration/from_unity/ I read: "UnigineEditor has the dark color scheme theme by default." So the question is: please how to switch to the light one? I've not been able to find this in any part of documentation or UnigineEditor settings. Thanks. Link to comment
leon.dong
I don't think there is a light one .... Link to comment
silent
Ansorre69 There is no light theme available, I'm afraid. Maybe in the future versions. Ansorre69
Thanks for the answers. I think it would be honest to change in the documentation the sentence:"UnigineEditor has the dark color scheme theme by default." with ""UnigineEditor adopts a dark color scheme." this way hours of frustration looking for a different color scheme would be avoided. I hope someone in charge of the documentation takes advantage of this suggestion. Link to comment

werner.poetzelberger
Would be an idea, to open the Editor GUI for modification. Make a contest, to mod the GUI ... ;) IMO (dont get grumpy please ... but) the Editor UI could do a bit better. I have suggested that some times, color, fonts, sizes, paragraphs etc. I am used to work with it by now (And I quite like it) , but I see, that ppl who dont have too much experience... struggle a bit. best.w. Ansorre69
Personally I find UNIGINE UI very responsive, clean and very well done, especially if compared to other well know competitors. Adding a way to zoom/un-zoom the panels (ala Blender way) and to customize the color theme would make UNIGINE UI a perfect 10. Just my humble opinion. But even as it is now, I think it's better than all other similar engines. Link to comment
ulf.schroeter
UNIGINE editor uses Qt stylesheets for UI rendering. Therefore it should be VERY easy to provide an alternative light theme. Link to comment
werner.poetzelberger
The Editor has improved a lot since early versions. It has always been well to work with, as it is not overloaded with icons, menues, multifunctionalities. One by one useful features find the way into the Editor, which feels good. I guess there will be more to come. What I find extremely great is the fact, that is is so 'lightweight'. 2 Link to comment
