[SOLVED] Object Water Global Bug

Hi Unigine Team,

 

My Hardware & My Software

OS : Windows 10 - 64 bit

Game Engine : Unigine 2.11.0.1 Free Version

CPU : Corei7 - 4GHZ

GC : NVidia GTX 760 - 2GB Real

RAM : 16 GB

HDD : 1 TB

 

Reproduction Bug:

1- I added ObjectWaterGlobal

2- I changed parameters of ObjectWaterGlobal

I recorded a video & a Image for you , plus , I did not add tags to my video && this is unlisted video ;-)

Hello ahmad,

As i understood from video there's two possible issues, 

First one is that water stops rendering when mask tiling in shoreline section is set to 0. We will probably add minimal restriction to this parameter in future releases. But this it is expected for this parameter to be non-zero.

And for the problem with Field Shoreline. There is certain requirements for texture compression and format, so it is expected for this texture to be grabbed by editor tools. Please refer to this article when setting up Field Shoreline.
