andrew.kumlin
I have a mesh that is scaled to a normal looking size. Whenever I ran the project it would look normal. However, after adding a rigid body, now the mesh shrinks to a really small size at runtime. I tried different rigid body shapes as well to see if that would fix the issue. I also tried changing the scale by hand at runtime and that didn't work. When I set the scale on the parent node it still scales it down at the mesh level to 0.01 making it small still. What is the rigid body doing to shrink the mesh, and how do I disable it? Link to comment
silent
Hi Andrew, Physical objects should not be scaled inside the Editor. You can adjust scale on import to avoid such issues or export in correct scale from your DCC tool. Here is the videos explaining how to do export with proper units: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLgeSUiT3pydEobvCoVI7BWbHM-Cb16CbE We have plans to improve scaling behavior with physics in the future versions.
