Asset browser "find box" search path

In 2.9.0.2 at least, the "search box" of the asset browser is not restricted to the currently selected path in the asset browser. This can have some nasty effects, as for example, me removing more files than what I intended to do :'(

I think that by default, the search path should be limited to the current path. And maybe add a checkbox "search in all data folder"' if one want to keep the current behavior

Our internal tests back in 2017 shows up that most Editor2 users were OK with "search everywhere" approach (and it also was easier to implement). Looks like some setting is required to switch the default search behavior.

We will think what we can do about search behavior in the future releases (more likely after 2.11).
