morbid
Hello Maksim, May I ask you to send us detailed info on your system? I'd like to know: Windows version Installed hardware and drivers We have a public holiday from 1st to 5th of May, so our dev team will be available next week only. Meanwhile, could you try updating Windows 10 (if its not up-to-date) and major drivers (chipset, GPU, sound adapter)? Thank you. morbid
Hello Maksim, Thanks for the info. The error you've faced could be caused by hardware issues or antivirus software. I can suggest the following: Checking HDD health status Checking RAM to see if the module is malfunctioning Stressing GPU with benchmark Uninstalling or disabling antivirus software Checking UnigineEditor on other Windows PC Thanks! silent
Hi Maksim, Which antivirus are you using? It doesn't look like a correct behavior to me. We would like to reproduce this behavior on our test stand to see if we can do anything about it. Thanks!
