Developer portal and licensing server availability

Dear customers,

We apologize for two recent incidents when both developer portal and licensing server were not available for about an hour.

The load to the central server increased, so we have been working after the first downtime on the robust solution with live backup nodes, but it will take about a month before the solution will be deployed in the production.

As a workaround, you can use the offline activation system, which doesn't require internet connection at all - instructions on activation are available in the SDK browser and in the official documentation: https://developer.unigine.com/en/docs/2.7.3/sdk/licenses/#fixed

The main server is already migrated to the dedicated powerful hardware in another data center. We are working on transparent switching between servers on the SDK Browser side, it is planned to be in the production within about a month (a lot of testing is required).

We have launched the multi-server solution, in order to use more stable service please update your SDK browser - it will automatically reconnect to the next server if the current one is not available.
