yanis.lukes
Does any Unigine demo use a touchscreen First Person Shooter control scheme? Something akin to Unreal Engine's Epic Citadel Tech demo* like in this video?https://youtu.be/ymlCWbxTgds?t=86 * Of course this was for Android/iOS, not PC Edited February 18, 2019 by yanis.lukes FPS acro Link to comment
silent
Hi Yanis, There is no such demos, I'm afraid. You can create your own controls for touch screen using the App::getTouch* methods. A couple of UnigineScript-based samples also located in Samples->UnigineScript->Controls->touch_**. Thanks! 1 How to submit a good bug report --- FTP server for test scenes and user uploads: ftp://files.unigine.com user: upload password: 6xYkd6vLYWjpW6SN Link to comment
yanis.lukes
Thank you for your quick response. Guess we will have to create our own. By the way, what built-in touch support does Unigine have? I've noticed that panning works in most Unigine demos. Though it becomes very sensitive in Oil Refinery demo when enabling V-sync, however the same is not true for the Valley benchmark demo. Link to comment
yanis.lukes
Here is what I could muster in about 5 hours, though not actual FPS controls as it is using the PlayerSpectator, not PlayerActor: Source code: https://gist.github.com/Pendrokar/005516cc150f67adda30cc467c03d12d Edited February 28, 2019 by yanis.lukes PlayerSpectator 2 Link to comment
