morbid Posted August 29, 2018 Share Posted August 29, 2018 Hello Charles, Samples and Add-ons tabs could be disabled if your SDK isn't active. As I see, you have 1 seat and 1 hasp key. That means you can activate your SDK in two ways: either by contacting company admin and asking him/her to release a "seat" or by plugging hasp key into your PC. Thank you! Charles is referring to the fact that during the upgrade from 2.7.2 to 2.7.2.1 (or was it from 2.7.1?) the Browser unselected the 2.7.2.1 version as the active version. So no version was actually active in his browser. He had to manually reclick "Make Default" on the 2.7.2.1 version. Link to comment
