Terrain global changes propagation on hdd

Manual changes to terrain global (height paint, mask paint, etc...) are propagated to filesystem only after editor quit or world reload, not after pressing apply button. This is quite dangerous, in case of crash, changes are lost.

Hi demostenes,

We've also reported this behavior, but the algorithm is not so obvious. After you click "Apply" changes are being written to the required file. But the timestamp updates only after the file descriptor is closed and this happens when you quit the editor.

Thanks for explanation. I ve tried to crash unigine after terrain edit and it seems, that file is not damaged and changes there.
