binstream
We use Mint, Ubuntu and Debian internally. Any modern distro should be fine. 1 Link to comment
Klimczak.Jan
Thank you. I own Unigine Starter version. I already installed SDK browser under Debian linux but I cannot get SDK (it is inactive). As I see I can download SDK for Windows only from my account (via web panel). I would like to create server app for my game to work under linux (where clients game will work at windows). So I have a few questions about it: - How can I download or add Linux SDK ? - Do I can use Windows to build linux binaries of Unigine project (to create and develop linux version of game under Windows) ? Cheers, Jan Link to comment
silent
Hi Jan, Quote - How can I download or add Linux SDK ? You have purchased license for the Windows SDK only. If you need some additional licenses, please contact us via licensing@unigine.com. Quote - Do I can use Windows to build linux binaries of Unigine project (to create and develop linux version of game under Windows) ? You indeed can continue to developing under Windows, but you should be really careful with case-insensitive paths, since they will not work correctly under Linux. Other than that there is no limitations, I believe.
