The third computer, however, just downloads the SDK but never installs it. We have re-installed the browser but still have the issue. Link to comment

Do you get any errors during the installation of SDK Browser or Browser does not run after the install? If you've got any errors, could you, please, attach the screenshot. sebastianbah Posted February 22, 2018 Share Posted February 22, 2018 Hi, Such problems may be caused by the lack of the free space on a hard drive or by too long path of the sdk install folder. Please, try to check free space on disk and choose another install folder in SDK Browser -> Options -> Storage path. If none of these steps will help, could you please send us additional log files from SDK Browser: %AppData%/Local/UNIGINE_SDK_Browser (*.log files) Thanks! Link to comment
