rkh1206
I have a question. I'm using that Unigine engine 2.4.1 and 3dsmax 2015. How can i know for hierarchy structure in exported mesh. I exported two character that have the same hierarchical structure. The hierarchical structure to be the same looks different for each character. what's the difference beween 'image_a' and 'image_b' so i wonder why this is happening and if there's any elements(difference hierarchy structure) to affect this. how can i sesolve this problem? attached 3dsmax files and screenshot image. thanks Link to comment
silent
Hi, If you can send us two models - we can check what's the difference between them. Also, you can try to use FBX import and see if this will help in your case. Thanks! morbid
Hello! Unfortunately, there is a bug in UnigineMesh plugin for 3ds max. By the way, this plugin is no longer supported. Just use Export -> fbx in 3ds max and then Import -> FBX File in Unigine editor. That should work fine for your case. Thank you for feedback!
