cizi.kim
Hi, I'm going to make a Tool to have unigine dll. It's based on the D3D9AppMFC sample. when I tried test the tool, It has often happening that is losing the UI layer - a font console screen and all kinds of UI object - in less than around 10 min. I think that it seems to be lost only UI layer. because other layers were not losing. Have you ever seen this happening? Please tell me the way to solve this problem. thank you. Link to comment

pit
Hi, Yes we saw this bug many times. We use unigine_x86.dll with some our extensions (they do not concern with graphics or ui). The bug appears both in fullscreen and window modes. But in our case application usually works properly around 10-40 minutes. Also world script and physics have stopped when this bug happens. We can only rotate camera with mouse not move it in straight line with keyboard. When editor is loaded all it's windows still there except main panel. Link to comment
Guest extaliones
Hello, We will try to reproduce this bug. If you have the test scene you can upload. Link to comment
alex.dovgodko
Hello, We will try to reproduce this bug. If you have the test scene you can upload. This bug seems to be unrelated to scene as we saw it in most scenes we work on (even in engine demos) many times. It happened several times even before a world is loaded (with UI window only). Also it effects not only UI layer but animation and particles as well (at least in our game). However there are systems in our office which never(!) reproduced this bug. It seems like AMD CPU systems are immune to this trouble and its root is hidden in the main board chipset or CPU. Link to comment

Yes, we often saw the bug on Intel CPU (Core 2 Duo and Core I5) and NEVER on AMD CPU. Link to comment

cizi.kim
Please, upload your builds, we can not reproduce the problem. I didn't change anything. I used the latest version and I just used the resource editor in the Unigine bin directory for blending two normal maps. Link to comment
Guest extaliones
We really can not reproduce the problem. We use Windows 7 with Intel® Core2DuoCPU or Windows XP SP3 32 bit with AMD Athlon64x2Dual Core and never encountered such a problem. May be better to use 64-bit OS and 64-bit builds with Intel Core2 Quad Q8200. Link to comment

Ok, I'll put another screen-shots if i see a same bug. Link to comment
binstream
It seems to be a WinXP-releated bug. The problem is that we mainly use Vista/7 during Unigine development and testing. Link to comment
