Hi,

following situation:

I have a Bone hierarchy with Skinned objects.

I add another geometry with a smooth skin bind to the present bone hierarchy.

When trying to export, I get this error message: See Attachment.

I proved the case with a complete new scene.

Create bones, create sphere, smooth binding, export OK.

Create another sphere, add this with a smooth skin binding  export FAILS.

Maya 2014.

Need a fix pls.

Still having that Issue, which is really annoying.

file -force -options "flip_yz=1;flip_tangent=0;blending=1;skinning=1;align=1;scale=1;from=-1;to=-1;" -typ "UnigineMesh" -pr -es "B:/Projekte_2015/__AnimalSpirit/content/animations/XLaevis/19112015/bb.mesh";
// Error: UnigineMesh: can't find bindPreMatrix plug in "skinCluster2" skin cluster //
// Error: UnigineMesh: can't export scene //
// Error: line 0: Could not save file "B:/Projekte_2015/__AnimalSpirit/content/animations/XLaevis/19112015/bb.mesh". //

Hello.

Any Ideas about that error?

I cant export anymore and am wondering if that is an exporter issue or if I need to research on maya side?

Best.W.

I have checked the plugin for Maya 2014 and 2015, both with the same export issues.

Here an image, to proove, that the bindpreMatrix does exist in the skin cluster.
