ivan.cuevas
Hi, we want to test city import plugin, we have created a plane mesh with one surface using 3DS Max 2013. Once the city is created, we have created a new decal city layer, a mesh_deferred_decal decendant material, but we want to assign the surface the dialog doesn't show it. Anyway, we typed the surface name and pressed Generate but nothing happened. The Unigine tools used are the last version. What have we missed? Does the mesh to be created in any specific way in 3DS MAX? Do you have any very basic sample to share? Thanks, Iván. PD: Any plan to upgrade unigine plugin to 3DS Max 2015? Link to comment
qubblr
Hi Iván, for surfaces to be shown in the surfaces list, the .node file must contain the parent NodeDummy (an ObjectMesh will be its child). Link to comment
