Graphical Artist/ Concept Artist Realistic Modelers who can both rig and UV bake, in blender, maya, whatever. Must be able to do organics (people, etc), armor, guns, vehicles and weapons Animators Texture Artists. Now mind you this is a free to make, free to play MMO FPS, which can be viewed here: http://www.crydev.net/project_db.php?action=project_profile&team_id=3347&project_id=6170 We have had limited success in getting into the concept stage but as soon as people realized this game was a bit advanced they jumped ship, currently writing a Game Design Document if anyone would like to read what I have so far I can forward it to you.
